This recipe makes about 2 servings and takes 5 minutes start to finish.
Ingredients
- 2 cups coconut water, chilled
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp Niva Organic Moringa Powder
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Pinch of sea salt
- Ice cubes
- Lime slices and fresh mint, for garnish
Instructions
- Combine the base. Pour the coconut water, lime juice, and honey (if using) into a pitcher or shaker bottle.
- Sip in the moringa. Add the Niva Organic Moringa Powder and sea salt, then whisk or shake vigorously until fully dissolved with no clumps.
- Chill. Refrigerate for 10 minutes, or serve right away if you’re short on time.
- Serve. Pour over ice and garnish with lime slices and fresh mint.
Tip: Shake the moringa powder with a small splash of coconut water first to make a smooth paste — it dissolves far more evenly than adding it straight to the full pitcher.
